Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABBAE) was retained by the University of Hawai’i at Manoa (UH) to provide investigation and replacement solutions for the existing roof systems on two campus buildings at Kapiolani Community College.
ABBAE provided investigation, remedial design and construction phase services for the Koki’o and Kopiko Buildings, totaling approximately 9,000 SF of roof.
Our scope included investigation, surveys, report preparation, remedial design, construction drawings, plans and specifications, construction administration and construction monitoring of the roof system. Additional work included mechanical and structural review for rooftop mechanical units.
