Diversity at ABB is not just a metric to be achieved; it is a strategic imperative that encompasses gender, race, age, disability, sexual orientation, and a multitude of perspectives that make our company robust. We proactively seek diverse talent pools, believing that our collective differences make us a stronger and more effective team.

ABB endeavors to hire more women. Despite construction and architectural engineering being a male dominated field, 24% of our workforce comprises of women.

Approximately 20% of ABB’s staff identifies as non-white. Of those staff, 41% identify as Hispanic, 40% as Asian, 14% as Native Hawaiian, and 5% as African American.
