World Market Center
Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABB) was retained to provide Construction Document Consulting and Construction Administration Services for the World Market Center project in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The World Market Center in Las Vegas is a striking complex known for its bold design and expansive scale, spanning 5.3 million square feet across four buildings. World Market 1 features a distinctive 10-story facade with reflective metal panels forming a half-moon shape, making it a memorable sight from Interstate 15. World Market 2 and 3, both 16-story towers, continue this geometric theme with block-like designs and metallic glass panels that reflect the Las Vegas desert landscape. The complex’s exterior is notable for its massive scale and dynamic interplay of geometric forms, creating an iconic architectural landmark.
Working closely with architects and contractors, we assisted in developing design specifications, ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards. Our collective expertise allowed us to integrate complex façade systems into the building’s design while addressing factors such as penetrations, thermal efficiency, and air infiltration. As a cohesive team, we oversaw the installation process to ensure it aligned with design specifications and quality expectations. We conducted joint inspections, provided technical support, and collaboratively resolved challenges that arose during construction. Our efforts ensured that the building envelope not only performed efficiently—contributing to the structure’s longevity and sustainability—but also enhanced its overall appearance.
Our consulting relationship with the project was so successful that it has spanned 20+ years through four construction phases, including multiple design firms and general contractors.
