UC San Francisco – ACC Garage and Tower / MU Garage

Allana Buick & Bers, Inc (ABB) was retained by the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) to provide investigative services on three buildings on the Parnassus Campus of UCSF in San Francisco.

The Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) Tower is a nine-story medical office building with an adjacent four-level parking garage. The Milberry Union (MU) Parking Garage abuts the ACC Garage and is six levels.

ABB confirmed the findings issued in a previously completed building survey and prepared remedial design documents based on the report. The repair scope of work included concrete spall repair to the exterior of both garages as well as the office tower. We will provide construction document and administration.

ABB provided mock-up repair development for the spalls as well as a site logistics/staging plan for construction. All construction will occur while the building and garages are occupied.
