Interbay Apartments

Allana Buick & Bers, (ABB) was retained by Pastakia & Associates to provide building envelope design services, construction administration and testing services to Interbay Apartments located at 3008 16th Ave W, Seattle, Washington.

Interbay Apartments is an eight-story structure containing 93 residential units and below-grade parking. The gross floor area of the project is approximately 81,773 GSF.

We are providing services to the following systems, roofing assemblies, green roof, horizontal waterproofing, exterior wall systems, fenestration systems, and below-grade waterproofing. ABB is providing consultation services related to waterproofing, insulation selection, and air barrier continuity of the building, along with design development, construction document, and construction phases to this project.
