Lakeside at Leschi Condominiums

Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABB) was retained by the Lakeside at Leschi Building Association (LLBA) to provide building envelope rehabilitation consultation services for the Lakeside at Leschi Condominiums in Seattle, WA.

ABB was called in to the project to review a previous Contractor’s investigation. From that point we performed our own investigation into select building envelope components, and developed repair options for the Owner to review. Our repair included Rough Order of Magnitude cost estimates, concept design packages, and project phasing strategies. Following their selection, we launched into several phases of design, bidding, permitting, and construction phase services.
During construction, ABB reviewed submittals and Contractor shop drawings for conformance with the contract documents, conducted pre-construction and weekly progress meetings, performed mock-up testing and review, responded to Contractor Requests for Information (RFIs), and attended weekly site observation visits to confirm Contractor performance and review installations for conformance to the construction documents. ABB also provide part-time construction monitoring for quality assurance.
