Smith Family Softball Stadium

Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABB) was retained by Stanford University to provide building enclosure design and consulting services for the Smith Family Softball Stadium project located in Stanford, California.

For this project, Stanford is demolishing the existing softball stadium and building a new three-story stadium. The first ground level of the stadium will consist of locker rooms, nutrition and lounges, restrooms, and other support rooms. There will be an open hallway that extends to the dugouts and field. The ground level spectator seating and stairs are to be rebuilt.

The second level includes restrooms, open merchandise space, open grab and go, open deck for seating, and enclosed concessions. The third level includes restrooms, open press rooms, and an open deck for overflow assembly seating.

The roof structure will act as a canopy for shade and rain protection over the spectator seating. There will be sport lighting integrated and extended over the canopy.

The Client retained ABB to act as the Building Enclosure Consultant for this project. We will provide building enclosure detail drawings and specifications for your Architect of Record to include in their construction document package.
