Toyota North American Headquarters
Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABB), was retained by Toyota to provide building enclosure consulting, below-grade waterproofing, design review, bidding support, construction administration services, and building enclosure performance testing for corporate headquarters located in Plano, Texas.
The Toyota North American Headquarters features an environmentally sensitive campus constructed of Texas limestone with native, low-water plants and landscaping.
ABB was retained by CORGAN/KDC as the building enclosure and below-grade waterproofing consultant teammate for this project to provide technical expertise from design through construction provide peer review, construction administration, and building enclosure performance testing services. During construction, ABB developed requirements to prevent water intrusion issues. Specific water infiltration testing occurred throughout the project.
We investigated and presented necessary requirements to remedy any sources and reasons for potential water infiltration.
