Sacramento International Airport – Terminal B Expansion

Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABB), was retained by the architect to provide waterproofing design of the Terminal B Expansion project at Sacramento International Airport.

The Sacramento International Airport Terminal B Expansion is a $1.27 billion project that will replace the 40-year-old Terminal B Building and existing airport hotel. The new building connects to a 19-gate concourse terminal via a people-mover tram. The county also planned to build a hotel tower and add a second parking garage similar to the one next to Terminal A. The planned scope of work added about 680,000 SF of building space to the Sacramento International Airport.

ABB provided below-grade waterproofing design, construction documents, construction administration and monitoring for the below-grade waterproofing systems.
