Washington Park

Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABB) was contracted by Lake Union Partners (LUP) and Unico BOP Washington Park, LLC to provide building envelope consulting services for the historic rehabilitation of an existing building located at 76th South Washington in Seattle, Washington.

Washington Park is a historic building located at the waterfront in Seattle’s Pioneer Square District. Originally constructed in 1890 after the Great Seattle Fire of 1889, the former turn-of-the-century printing press building was redeveloped into an approximately 52,000 square foot commercial office project with ground floor retail. Adjacent to the new Seattle Waterfront, the building features 16- to 18-foot-high ceilings, brick-and-beam construction, and a brand-new penthouse and rooftop deck with unobstructed water views.

We are proud to have been part of a team of consultants on this project, where we served as the building envelope consultant of record. This project received the 2024 NAIOP Historic Renovation of the Year award.
