Allana Buick & Bers, Inc (ABBAE) developed and constructed a 178kW solar PV system on Pearl Harbor Naval Air Station for the USS Bowfin Submarine museum.

ABBAE’s turnkey scope included permitting, design, engineering, construction management and financing of the installation of the 178kW roof mounted system.

ABBAE used energy analysis and life cycle cost analysis to determine the economic value associated with the proposed renewable energy measure.  This process involved technical investigation and modeling and estimates of operations and maintenance costs over time.

ABBAE arranged a unique project-finance structure for the project to deliver the best possible PPA financing. ABBAE’s scope included interconnection to the grid and all project management and QA monitoring through the installation, start-up and commissioning process.
