Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABBAE) was retained by Hal Hays Construction, Inc. (HHCI) to perform thermal imaging and building assessments to multiple facilities at Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield, California.

As part of a base-wide energy efficiencies upgrade program, ABBAE performed a cursory review of the exterior building envelope to identify areas that required remedial upgrade. ABBAE also performed a visual survey of attic and ceiling spaces of each of the ten (10) buildings to verify the existence of insulation, and a visual survey of mechanical ductwork to verify the existence of ductwork insulation.

ABBAE provided thermal imaging of the exterior building envelope focused on conditions of windows, doors and other penetrations located on various walls and the roof. Thermal imagery was provided before and after the repairs were made, and thermal imagery documentations were given to HHCI for use at pre and post-repair phases of the project.
