Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABBAE) provided waterproofing design and details, construction administration and construction monitoring for the development and construction of 107 new one- and two-bedroom luxury residences and the new 14,000 square foot spa.
ABBAE worked with both the Architect and the Owner to design waterproofing details and specifications for this project and monitored the installation of waterproofing systems during construction.
