Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABB), was retained by Federal Investment Realty Trust (FRIT) to provide building enclosure consulting services at 3003 Olin Avenue at Santana Row in San Jose, California.

The Block 6B project consists of two 4-story wood framed multi-family residential buildings over a common reinforced concrete below-grade parking structure. The apartment structure consists of conventional (non-drained) cement plaster exteriors with aluminum framed exterior window and door systems. The roofs are slated and covered in a white single ply roof membrane.
ABB services included consulting services for exterior waterproofing design and construction.
