Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABBAE) was retained by Callison Architects for leak investigation services of a Nordstrom Store located in Florida.
ABBAE performed waterproofing for basement and roof of a Nordstrom Store #774 located at the Aventura Mall. The building is a 2-story steel framed structure with a concrete filled steel roof deck and pre-cast concrete wall panels.
Building walls were pre-cast concrete panels with inset brick and tile work. The only building fenestration were glazed entry storefronts located on each building elevation, and the loading dock doors (fixed and roll up) were steel units set in steel frames.
