Multnomah Cityside Condominiums
Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABB) provided Multnomah Cityside Condominiums Homeowners Association (HOA) with roof and attic assessments, roof replacement and attic retrofit design, bidding, permitting, and construction phase consulting services for roofing and attic repair work for the Multnomah Cityside Condominiums located in Portland, OR.
The Multnomah Cityside Condominiums development comprises 10 buildings, including stacked flats and townhomes. ABB provided a full scope of services, including assessment, prioritized phasing, design, bid assistance, permitting, and construction administration. ABB prepared comprehensive bidding documents, developed roof plans and technical specifications, coordinated with the City of Multnomah for permitting, and assisted in contractor selection.
The construction phase consulting services provided by ABB included attendance at a pre-construction meeting, reviewing submittals for the building envelope systems, and conducting periodic site visits to assess contractor performance and ensure compliance with the construction documents. ABB conducted site visits and provided documentation of observations and compliance issues and reporting progress and updates back to the Board and Association Manager.
