Irvine Company – North Park Apartments

Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABB) was retained to provide forensic investigation, remedial design solutions, and construction phase services for a large apartment complex in San Jose, California.

North Park Apartments is comprised of several multi-building apartment communities, totaling 2,700 units. ABB provided leak investigation services for balcony, roof and plaza deck systems. Our scope of work included forensic investigation, remedial design, construction monitoring and administration services to repair leaks on the buildings.

Each building is a 4 to 5-story wood frame structure over a podium. The apartment village has plaza decks with below-grade parking. The apartments have various balconies and pedestrian breezeways.
