Interbay Apartments

Allana Buick & Bers, (ABB) was retained by Pastakia & Associates to provide building envelope design services, construction administration and testing services to Interbay Apartments located at 3008 16th Ave W, Seattle, Washington.

Interbay Apartments is an eight-story structure containing 93 residential units and below-grade parking. The gross floor area of the project is approximately 81,773 GSF.

We provided services to the following systems: roofing assemblies, green roof, horizontal waterproofing, exterior wall systems, fenestration systems, and below-grade waterproofing. ABB provided consultation services related to waterproofing, insulation selection, and air barrier continuity of the building, along with design development, construction document, and construction phases for this project.
