Foothill De Anza College Tile Roof Repair

Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABB), was retained by the Foothill-De Anza Community College District (FDCCD) to provide leak investigation and remedial repair services on one of their campus buildings.

The existing tile roof on the E Building was leaking at the ceiling, under the roof. The exterior clay tiles were in good condition, so they were removed and preserved to be reinstalled after the repair work was completed.

The existing underlayment was removed, and two layers of high-temperature self-adhered underlayment was installed as well as new copper flashings and stainless-steel clay tile mounting hardware. The clay tiles were cleaned and reinstalled.
