Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABBAE) was retained by the general contractor to provide investigation and remedial repair solutions for water leaks at a retail center in San Diego, California.
The Fashion Valley Mall (Fashion Valley) was experiencing leaks and moisture damage at bridges, elevated walkways, adjacent building wall sills, as well as expansion joints.
ABBAE was retained to identify the source of the leaks and provide the contractor with a report outlining known leaks and a leak survey. Based on report recommendations ABBAE prepared construction documents to repair the damaged areas and prevent further water intrusion.
