Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABB) provided an ASTM E-2018 review of mechanical equipment, HVAC, water heaters and building envelope for the Del Arroyo Apartments, 100-unit apartment complex. Also prepared a multi-year repair and remediation budget as well as performed design and construction phase services.
