Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABB), was retained by Fenton Grant Mayfield Kaneda & Litt, LLP (Fenton Grant) to provide Forensic Investigation and Water Testing for Boca Raton Condominiums.

The Boca Raton Condominium is a 7-story, podium type mid-rise building with exterior stucco finish.

ABB anticipates accessing various exterior conditions utilizing swing stages. Our services will also include review of exiting plans, destructive testing, and preparation of defect report.
