Bayshore Condominiums

Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABB) was retained by the Bayshore Condominium Owners Association to provide litigation support services and building envelope rehabilitation services for the Bayshore Condominiums in Des Moines, WA.

ABB was initially retained to provide litigation support services which included visual investigation, study of plaintiff/defendant reports, research and preparation of reports, depositions, expert witness testimony, and other services related to the window material issues that were exhibited onsite.

Following the conclusion of their case, ABB was further retained to provide design and construction services for building envelope rehabilitation. The Board’s request was for the scope of reconstruction to be as comprehensive as possible. As such, ABB ventured to provide a variety of repair options to the Board with their budget kept in mind. ABB developed Architectural Concept Packages, Reconstruction Scope Narratives and Budgeting Services, and Construction Documents. We followed up these services with Bidding and Construction Phase services.
