Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABBAE) was retained by AvalonBay Communities for building envelope, waterproofing and roofing consulting services for Dublin Station a mix-use project in Dublin, California.
Phase two consists of two 5-level residential buildings, which together will include approximately 500 units in loft, studio, and 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms, as well as a first level retail and amenity space. A six story parking structure will be built adjacent to each building.
The residential buildings are clad in stucco, fiber cement lap siding, painted concrete, corrugated, perforated, and flat metal panels, architectural veneers, ceramic tile, and aluminum and vinyl windows. The building also includes balconies, in-grade pool, and a landscaped courtyard.
ABBAE’s services include peer review of construction documents, limited construction administration and construction monitoring services.
