Conley Group, An ABBAE Company, was retained by Alcon Laboratories, Inc. to provide waterproofing consulting services, including site observation for the Alcon Laboratories complex located in Fort Worth, Texas.
Alcon Laboratories serves as a manufacturing and research center for the global eye care corporation. Conley Group was requested to provide building enclosure consulting services for a mechanical room addition project on an existing manufacturing facility located within the Alcon Laboratories complex.
Conley Group monitored the installation of waterproofing materials and components. Site visits and inspections ensured that the materials were installed in compliance with the project contract documents and manufacturer’s guidelines. Reports were communicated with the contractor, waterproofing installer, waterproofing manufacturer, and architect for approval of warranty.
