Conley Group, An ABBAE Company, was retained by Noble House Hotels to provide Exterior Restoration and Construction Administration for the Adolphus Hotel located in Dallas, Texas.
Built in 1912, the Adolphus Hotel was constructed of a brick and stone masonry exterior in Beaux-Arts style. Conley Group was initially involved to complete the evaluation of the restoration scope of work and to develop a plan that encompassed the major stone, art work, and other ornate decorative elements that were experiencing failure. After gaining approval from the Texas Historical Commission, Conley Group developed construction documents and provided oversight of the bid selection process.
Our focused restoration effort resulted in a budget savings of $400,000 for the owner.
