1440 Montgomery Street Condominiums

Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABB) was retained by Montgomery Street HOA to provide investigation services for structural issues that were associated with overstressed floor joists.

1440 Montgomery Street is a six-unit, multi-story wood framed building. The roofing system is a built-up, low sloped roof with gravel surfacing. The building was experiencing leaks at decks, windows and walls.

ABB also investigated the building envelope and performed destructive testing, water testing, design- and bid-phase services, and prepared design documents including construction details and specifications. ABB performed construction management services including monitoring services during construction.
