ABBAE provided roofing and waterproofing consulting on the conversion of the existing concrete building and for the new construction of an adjacent recreation building. The office building was converted into a residential tower.
ABBAE’s scope of services included system selection of the building envelope components, construction documents and construction administration.
The adaptive re-use project includes waterproofing consultation services for swimming pool in new recreation building adjacent to the tower and retrofitting the top floors of the office tower to residential penthouse. Waterproofing consultation services for assistance with selection of building envelope components and preparation of construction details, as well as construction administration of new installation.
