Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABBAE) was retained by Hensel Phelps Construction Company (HPC) for waterproofing construction monitoring services for the New United States Courthouse in San Diego.
The building is a 16-story, 467,000 GSF steel and concrete framed structure that houses 14 Federal courtrooms and 21 chambers.
ABBAE has been retained to document the installation of hot applied rubberized waterproofing assemblies for the following project areas:

- Entry Level Terrace
- Third Floor Terraces
- Fourth Floor Lobby Roof
- Mechanical Building
- 16th Floor Roof Terrace
- Roof Level
- High Roofs
