Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABB) was retained to provide forensic investigation, construction defect litigation support and rehabilitation design consulting services for a private residence in Santa Barbara.
ABB helped review the design deficiencies in a two-story home in the Central Coast California. ABB provided consulting and design services for:
- Investigate Architectural Defects
- Roofing Defects
- Windows, Door and Wall Systems Defects
- Structural Defects
- Mechanical Defects
- Foundation Defects
ABB reviewed construction documents, contracts, sub-contracts, and reports previously prepared. We observed the existing conditions and scheduled visual and intrusive inspections. ABB was also retained to provide remedial repair design and construction monitoring during the reconstruction phase.
