When the architect, owner, or developer wishes to manage their project risk and reduce their liability, ABB may act as the Engineer of Record (EOR). As EOR, ABB will produce drawings and specifications related to the building envelope, HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Protection systems that are then included within the project’s construction documents and issued for permitting, bidding, and construction.

Construction phase support services are an integral portion of the EOR service. These services can be augmented with construction monitoring up to and including a full-time presence on the project.
