Building Diagnostics, Inc. (BDI) and Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABB) are thrilled to announce the merger of two pioneers in the architectural-engineering (AEC) and forensic consulting industries. ABB, one of the foremost AEC pioneers in the United States is acquiring BDI, another titan in the industry.
With this merger, BDI and ABB can provide tremendous additional resources, including a staff of approximately 220 with trade-level expertise and decades of field experience. Their experience and expertise make ABB an ideal partner for BDI.
This merger will also allow ABB to expand their service area throughout Texas, including Houston and Austin, as well as Mexico City. ABB now has 21 offices in 9 states across the US and together, we offer our full range of A/E services to clients in North and South America.
