Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABBAE) was retained by MGM Resorts International to provide roof and waterproofing monitoring for Vdara Residential Tower in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Vdara is an all-suite boutique retreat situated between ARIA Resort & Casino and Bellagio on Las Vegas Strip. The project began construction in 2007 and opened its doors in 2010.
ABBAE provided waterproofing consulting and installation monitoring for the Vdara residential suites. ABBAE also provided waterproofing consulting and construction monitoring services for the people mover system and the new central plant constructed at the project.
