Allana Buick & Bers, Inc (ABB) was awarded retained by the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) to perform roof assessments at various properties as directed.
The first property was James Down Towers a four-story concrete building that has four towers and connecting central halls. Originally constructed in 1972, it has approximately 40,000 SF of roof. ABB provided assessment, remedial design and construction phase services for the property.
