Ryland Mews is a 131-unit condominium development with four buildings built in four phases. The complex was completed in the early 1990’s.
Ryland Mews has two and three-story wood-framed buildings on top of a one and two level concrete podium containing parking. The exterior finish is wood siding.
ABBAE’s scope of work included evaluation, design and renovation of the balcony and decks, replacing the exterior siding where needed. Construction documents, management and monitoring services were also provided.
