Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABBAE) was retained by the HOA to provide forensic investigation of the building envelope and provide reports regarding the siding, decks, stairs, roof and window systems.
Pointe Pacific is a 400-unit, 40-building complex, located high on the hill in Daly City. ABBAE provided investigation and recommendations for roof repairs on various buildings. Our reports outlined a multi-year, multi-system repair project.
Due to the elevated wind levels and high rainfall at the property site, we designed a wind-resistant roofing system that would increase the wind resistance and waterproofing capabilities. ABBAE provided construction management and monitoring services for siding, roofing and window projects. Services also included leak investigation and evaluation, preparation of a summary report and a budget for repairs of windows, doors, siding and trim.
