Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABB) was retained by E&S Ring Management to provide roofing assessment for a 500-unit multi-family residential complex located in Costa Mesa, California.
Mediterranean Village contains 50 buildings. Site amenities include a leasing office, recreation room with public restrooms, swimming pool and laundry facilities.
ABB provided professional services for the roof replacement of the shingle roofing at Mediterranean Village. Our scope of work encompassed design, construction documents, bidding assistance, construction administration and quality assurance/monitoring. The steep slope roofing system included repair of deteriorated structural deck materials, installation of underlayment’s, flashing and asphalt shingles.
The building was occupied during the entire construction period. The work was performed without interfering with building operations.
