Allana Buick & Bers specializes in investigation, remedial design, and construction management services for HOAs and AOAOs. We have assisted community associations with their building repair and rehabilitation needs.
We specialize in repair and replacement of roofing, waterproofing, siding, stucco, windows, doors, handrails, plumbing, and structural elements of the building. We work on projects of all sizes – including private HOA homes and condominiums, large master-planned communities, and residential high-rises.

Investigation Services –
We assist community managers with expert investigation, condition assessments, and forensic services for all building components. Our team excels in identifying leak sources and determining their causes. We assist in developing strategies for temporary leak repairs as well as long-term remedial measures.
Reserve Study Analysis Services –
We will supplement your Reserve Study with a major component analysis – mechanical, plumbing, roofing and building envelope systems. Our licensed structural, civil, mechanical and electrical engineers will identify potential areas suitable for repair, and systems that might need replacing. We understand the importance of gathering the most accurate information to permit efficient scheduling and budgeting for major repairs and replacement projects.
Remedial Design Services –
Allana Buick & Bers provides architectural engineering design services for interior and exterior renovations ranging from simple paint, window, and door upgrades to new exterior facades.
Re-Construction Management Services –
Our Construction Management (CM) experience has evolved into refined processes and creates successful projects demonstrated by providing turn-key solutions. We believe this allows the Board of Directors better control of costs, schedule, and conformance to the project goals. Our CM services allow direct communication between the Board of Directors and architects, engineers, and contractors.
Our CM services include preparation of a recommended scope of repair to the Board of Directors, managing the bidding and contractor selection process, schedule coordination, and construction administration services. Additionally, we produce a detailed budget, develop a critical path method (CPM) schedule, assist with cost or value engineering, conduct progress meetings, manage the sequencing of contractors, produce close-out binders, coordinate lien releases, and process invoices.
Post Defect Litigation Services –
Allana Buick & Bers has extensive expertise providing CM services for post litigation reconstruction of occupied units. We have managed and coordinated numerous projects that involve condominium units remaining occupied during construction. We coordinate with management and owners affected by the project to ensure efficient execution of the reconstruction work with minimal disruptions. We provide detailed reporting and continuous supervision throughout the project to keep the Board of Directors and management abreast of all challenges and progress.
